Holiday and End of Year Stress!
Regardless of your faith or spiritual outlook, and even if you are not hosting relatives and friends for Christmas or Hannukah, it is very likely that you are experiencing some kind of year-end crunch.
Maybe you have professional renewals to submit by the 31st, or maybe you need to get things written for work, or maybe you are just tired of the barrage of holiday stimuli. (Yes, there can be too much of a good thing at times! Remember - the key is to pace yourself in such situations.)
Here are some easy-to-implement actions that can give you a moment’s pause in the whirlwind end-of-year crunch.
