Rest is an integral part of everyone's mental hygiene tool kit.
Dear Friends,
Wishing you all moments of rest and rejuvenation on the weekend.
If you are working during the weekend, then please schedule some down time on other days to compensate for this.
Rx: Be sure to do something relaxing. It can be as simple as going for a walk near where you live. Or taking time to sit on your balcony or porch and look at the colors of the sky and shapes of clouds. Or maybe there is a comedy you can find to make you laugh.
Whatever you choose, just do it! I wish you a good battery recharge.
