I invite you to reflect on how your practice of mental hygiene is going for you.
What is working for you? What might be frustrating?

If you are experiencing dips or slips, remember, progress is not always steady. Sometimes we dip or slip despite our best efforts. That is just the nature of life.
If you do experience any setbacks, offer yourself compassion and talk to yourself as you would to your best friend. And try to problem solve to see how you can take a step-by-step approach to creating a mental hygiene routine that feels good for you.
