Sharing a New Year's Gift for Your Relaxation and Brushing Your Mind

Wishing you all a Happy and Healthy 2025!
I would like to share with you a New Year’s gift to support you in your relaxation and brushing of your mind: a mini-mediation called Follow the Sun.
For the reasons I share below, it will only be available for a few days before returning to the archives.
Some of my mini-meditations are reasonably straightforward to film (though there is always an element of luck in each of them.) Others, such as the one below, take *a lot of effort* combined with luck because fog and clouds can set in at any time especially at high altitudes. Additionally, the position of the sun continually varies depending on the time of year, so this particular video only happened once, despite the fact that the sun was in that position six times over the span of three years I lived in the mountain monastery.
It is just over three minutes long and for maximum relaxation impact, you might try to see it on a larger screen rather than your phone. But if all you have is a phone, you can still enjoy the relaxing feeling.
